Girl's Toddler Bedroom
I have been so excited to share my vision for Maylie’s room! With the three day weekend ahead I plan to tackle lots of little projects, one of them being to pull together a “big girl” room for our growing baby girl!
Like all of the spaces in our house, I have created a
vision board
to help get the ideas out of my head and on to paper. Using a vision board has made me more confident in my design decisions as well as my purchases.
I started Maylie’s room by making sure the space would flow with the rug I have envisioned in her room for a while. The quality of Loloi rugs are amazing and paired with Rifle Paper Co. - the designs are just hard to beat!
The goal for Maylie’s room
was for it to be girly, but neutral enough for any guest to enjoy.
We will have Maylie stay in the tiny room next to ours when guests come since her room (the old master bedroom) has a bathroom connected to it. Another thing that I used to plan out the room was the color of all the interior doors in our home. I wanted every space to flow together so with each space I have made sure
SW - Evergreen Fog
is included in the color scheme.
